Drones have been evolving overtime even though it seem that Drones have just come on the scene over the last few years, they have been around since World War II. Drones are now being used for many purposes such as capturing live events addresses by politicians, concerts and live sporting events capturing the best angles and moments we have been witness. These are also used for surveying dangerous areas, delivering small items, law enforcements, shooting commercials and movies and surveying wildlife. Today we are going to look into the DJI Phantom 4 and what makes this drones so special and different to all the others on the market and how you could benefit from purchasing one of these.

The DJI Phantom 4 Pro was released in November 2016 it has had slight upgrade from the DJI Phanton 4. The DJI Phantom 4 Pro benefits from 4K Videos at 60fbs and capturing an amazing 20 megapixel images with the 3 axis gimbal camera. It has had an excellent feature called Active Track were it automatically recognizes subjects follows them and captures then whilst keeping the centre screen so you can view the scene around. The transmission mile is boasting a 4.3 mile range so you can keep your distance whilst surveying the area and not noticeable.

The remote control comes with a built in screen so not only can you look from the ground but aerial view also. You can download the DJI Go App on the screen with the great wifi connection this allows images to be edited and shared instantly.  The DJI Phantom 4 Pro as has a great feature of “Return to Home” function it will detect the best way to return home depending on the environment conditions avoiding obstacles and if the control signals are disconnected the phantom 4 Pro will record the ground and the spot of where the take off was from and return to the very spot.

The DJI Phantom 4 Pro has another fantastic feature which the gesture mode you can capture selfies using a few gestures without the remote control. The advanced programing on the Phantom 4 Pro allows the aircraft to take instructions through gestures. The subject can the raise their arms when facing the drone it will recognize the movement by locking on and placing the the subject in the centre of the photo. When you are ready for the photo to be taken hold your arms out to signal to the drone and the countdown will begin to make sure your ready for your perfect selfie.

For the all the videos and perfect selfies you will require a Memory card to capture all the great moments. For any drone we would recommend a High Speed Memory card that has a read and write speed to capture the High Video recording and the selfies you may take.
